The last paragraph: " Still, if and when they meet, one thing needs to be kept in mind. Cotto savaged the man (Quintana) who soundly beat the man (Paul Williams) who beat the man (Margarito)."

Yeah, and that means exactly. . . dick. I hate that kind of logic.

Margarito beat the crap out of Williams, but was cheated by the judges.

Farm, I think Margo himself accepts he lost that fight and wasn't active enough early on. Though I think Margo is a better fighter and would beat Williams in a re-match.

He landed more blows by a sizable margin.

He lost the early rounds, margo lost that fight because of himself.

But that logic sucks, yes he beat quintana, but styles makes fights.

Yea gotta agree that type of logic has no bearing in boxing whatsoever.

Styles make fights and with that notion, that is what makes the big fights unpredictable. Margarito has as much chance of beating Cotto as people make out, because his style is an uncomfortable one. We don't know how Cotto will react to that sort of pressure, but then again Cotto might jus school him, so who knows? This definitely a fight to watch, and be glad that this is on the horizon.
