Povetkin is a bum this is a joke you guys trying to make this guy sound like he's good, the question was these fighters in their prime......NO PRIME Poventkink gets killled by everyone on that list.....

The answer is no....barring a lucky punch which can happen to any fighter based on history.....there isn't one single fighter on Wlads resume that would win....Not Corey Sanders, Povetkin nor Sam Peter......

    Great debate!

Certainly don't agree with the Frazier was a crude brawler comment esp as he has an Olympic gold medal under his belt

He certainly wasn't a complete boxer but crude brawler?

These idiots haven't got a clue about boxing, that's all it boils down to. They probably think Duran was a crude a brawler.

    K fanboy ****** logic..

Brewster loss doesn't count because Wlad was drugged.

When no excuse can be made for the SaNDERS blow out , Sanders becomes the fastest and hardest hitting Heavy weight ever.

Its ok Wlad went life and death with Sam Peter because Peter was better than Joe Frazier.

    :nut:oops:

All the great HW's of the past would have lost to Pulev, too slick, too smart. That karate kid, wax on, wax off move Pulev does would have confused the shi t out of Ali, they haven't seen moves like that in the past. Wack would also be too big, slick, and powerful for any of the HW greats. Wlad is the best of all time modern fighters, haters just can't deal with it. :happy

Of course Peter COULD knock out Frazier out, it's heavyweight boxing. Would he? I highly doubt it, Frazier is far too skilled for someone as crude as Peter.

But you think Frazier, Olympic gold medalist and first man to beat Ali, arguably the greatest heavyweight of all time, was just a crude brawler:patsch

I don't understand how someone could be aware of Frazier-Foreman and Frazier-Bonavena and think "Boy, no way would the 6'2, 242lb Sam Peter stand a chance against this ATG. Anybody who thinks different clearly doesn't know what they're looking at." Barry and Dino, you are in denial and absolutely clueless about this sport. You should give up following it as, unfortunately, you are far too stupid to understand it. May I interest you in lawn mower racing?

It doesn't really matter what prime Samuel Peter is hit with, he just plodds forward like there is no tomorrow, and keep throwing those nasty hooks where he hits with the inside of his glove.

I have a hard time imagining any HW from any era having an easy time with Sam. Of course someone like Lennox Lewis or Mike Tyson would smash him to pieces, and if you have the footwork and some serious skill outboxing him surely must work. Joe Frazier aint nowhere near as big, strong and sturdy as Sam. Could he really keep him at bay?

    I don't think it's a given to be honest.

I think its now between Wlad and Lewis for H2h goat. Lewis bowed out with unfinished business, but Wlad will not.
