For me it's more that it can be done better, eddie clearly wants to protect his fighters '0' too much as well as those fake world titles that quigg/mcdonnell has - however it'd be far better if him and ****** matched their prospects against each other and took in turns on who shows it e.g. Liam smith v brian Rose, buglioni v rocky fielding, burns v Mathews, Flanagan v other matchroom fighter etc, but even if that was the case you'd still need the fighters to agree

do you honestly think matching Ricky and Derry would be fair? Fielding would smash frank as well mismatch

 

I've seen Burns last few fights so I do not think it is fair on Ricky either, Burns will need a few levels below Derry to look good :good

 

They'd be far more entertaining than the ****e platter served up last weekend!

 

Said all along this Eddie deal is no good.

Weekly Friday boxing on Sky was much better. There were some **** poor events but also some very good fights including Moore v Macklin and Rhodes etc.

We now have the same venues, same Eddie fighters v different cans.

Now he even puts the mediocre fights on PPV !!!!!!!!!!!

 

I can assure you this wouldn't be nice to see totally dominant from Burns, Derrys a good fighter but simply not Rickys league even now, I knew only to well the court appearance was always in the back of his head and affected him but it was never given as any form of excuse for defeats, which in my eyes he should be applauded for!

 

And when the going got tough Burns blamed you and dropped you like a bad habit.
