This it true. But it's all filtered by the rose tinted 60s specs.

Slim to none. Seems a lot of people have jumped on the Furey bandwagon since the Chisora fight, Conveniently forgetting Chisora's a very limited, shot & injured fighter. Furey's a circus act.

I am amazed people giving Fury a chance. His chin is on par with Wlad's and defensively he is way too open. Fury tendency to start brawling as soon as he gets hit will be the end of him here. Can see a straight right putting Fury to sleep here.

Fury is an ok boxer as far as today's heavyweights go, but I don't see him to be any better than Jennings or Stiverne - just way too many flaws

High. Higher than the last 4 years contenders.

Probably the highest between every other opponent Wlad has faced in his career.

Don't think if you like Fury or not.

Think about what he has shown so far.

He's huge. He'd be the biggest Wlad has ever faced. But not just the biggest, like Wach.

He's fast. Watch his best fights, he has surprising handspeed. Even for a 200 lbs boxer. But he's 6'9.

Even in his fattest forms he could twitch and snap his punches at a speed that makes the fittest hws envious.

He has power. He's sitting on a 74% ko percentage. Wich is very good, for ANY prospect after 23 fights, no matter the opposition unless they are really cannon fodder.
Any prospect with a 74% ko is above average.

He's ridicolously skilled. Some of his combinations are sweet. He can fit together 5-6 shots combinations and made it look effortless.

Never in history of boxing happened that someone beat (dominated, even) a top 15 opponent in a inverted stance. ****ing NEVER. This means something.
If you ever boxed, you know how hard it is to do it.

But most than everything else, he has hearth. To the point of sounding like a lunatic, a nut. But it's good once you're in the ring. He can go trought adverstities. He's not scared. He punches back. He lets his hands go.

He's very mobile, and can fight on the backfoot. Crucial thing against a Klitschko. He can fight on the ropes and out of it.

He can block punches. Being big and strong that would matter a lot against Wlad. Wlad will tire himself more than usual.

Wlad won't be able to clinch Tyson. Clinching will be minimal and won't give any advantage to him.
Fury can even hit himself with an uppercut. He can use that against Wlad in close range.

Fury can fight inside, something Wlad cut out of his style and could be his downfall.

Fury can fight dirty if his opponent does it.
Fury has a magnificent hook to the liver.

I'll bet real moneys on Fury when the two will fight.
We never saw the fittest, most trained Fury in the ring, the pre-Haye one.

Fury will train to his limits before Wlad.

    Wlad is old and slipping.

I would really, really like to know if it's true what they say. That Steward told Fury he could beat Wlad, in the future.
Steward was sawy, and could see things people blinded by hate and prejudice couldn't.

Steward only cared about boxing and potential. That's why he didn't care what people told him when he picked Lennox. He didn't care what people told him when he picked Wlad. And he was right.

Did he found an even bigger potential in Tyson Fury? Or is that just a saying?

I think Fury stands a better chance than anyone else out there of challenging Wlad at this moment in time. However I still think Wlad puts him on ***** street, simply because Fury would go out in his sword and try and win the fight...unlike Gaye who has happy to sleepwalk to a lopsided 12 round decision loss and blame it on his little toe.

Wlad's reach is damned near the same as Fury's. And Wlad coming forward with lead R hands will spell the END for a SP Fury.

Fury, needs to wait out Wlad, allow Jennings to give up his #2 spot in WBC, then step into the #2 spot when Potvetkin becomes #1.

Go the WBC route and then maybe, after Wlad is 40+, have a unification fight.
He might even coax the WBA reg titlist into a unification first, soas he can create a more even purse split.:think

he was in camp working on his own with Steward. Tyson was a really nice guy. Joking it up with all of us... asking questions about nutrition and all around nice guy... this whole "wlad wouldn't spar me" is BS... they never sparred or were going to spar... its a flat out lie from Tyson and I don't understand why he went the direction he did... it get its to sell fights,,, but may things he says happened in camps is simply not true:deal
