Welliver VS Ustinov

Gonna be brutally honest here...
First off, I have the most beautiful 1 year old daughter around. Get to that in a few lines.
Lucas Browne busted my eye up pretty good. The Ustinov camp called me a few days ago asking about this. I said no. They offered more money in which my response was the same.
Finally, we come to an agreement, only 8rds and much more money and first class tickets.
I told them I have not been able to train due to my eye and I was out of shape when my eye was injured. They said, "good".
For the amount of money they offered I could work for over a year and not make. With the holidays coming up and my daughter needing collage paid for before she's 2, I am grateful for this opportunity. My daughter deserves the best Christmas ever! It was either sell my body to science (fiction) or do what I know, box.
My eye is crushed but one thing I do pride myself on is having a heart. I plan to win but get my limitations. My weight was high and will be higher now due to short notice, lack of training and bluntly, lots of eating. Haha.
For those of you that have kids, you understand my taking this fight now.
I'll get the "he doesn't look the part" "doesn't belong in the ring", and I agree. I am a below average Joe getting paid handsomely for my daughters future.
But be assured, I will give everything I've got at this particular moment.
P.s. I want SBW!!!

 

Gotta be brutally honest Chauncey, you're one of the toughest guys in the division, but you could be doing a lot better if you took your career a bit more seriously. Not hating, you've got some good skills but you aren't doing yourself any favors with how you come into the ring. If you slimmed down a bit I honestly think you could trouble some top guys, in fact if you were lighter i'd probably favor you over someone like Browne. I respect that you fight for your family man, but I gotta call it how I see it, you're much than what we've seen recently. I wish you luck against Ustinov, regardless of how it goes I'm sure you'll be on your feet at the end. :good

I've seen a few of Lucas Browne's fights and as you know he is undefeated and world ranked.

Congrats on the payday Chauncy, I hope you didn't take my comments the wrong way... You're a good guy, who is looking to take care of his family, but I do think you could give a better account of yourself, and get even higher paydays as a result. Just my two cents.
