You know your current boxing well and know your boxing politics. You aint that bad but my **** you're a complete **** on here. I think you're a troll from another forum here to stir **** tbh. You seemed a lot nicer and genuin when you joined CHB but I'm afraid you would get totally destroyed on that place if you acted like you do on here. This place still has some amazing posters but the vast majority left to other forums. A lot that left troll the **** out of this place with alts to turn it to ****. Are you one of them???? Even the once great classic is being deliberately loaded with heavyweight threads.

 

I'd never dispute that you're a better historian than I. Personally I've only really gotten into boxing seriously in the last two years so I fully accept my knowledge is miles behind others. If you want a round of applause for knowing more about boxers in the 30's and 40's you can have one.

CHB is a joke. Don't be a fool.

 

Fair enough. You'll learn more and more if you keep it up and want to know historic boxing era's.

Sorry, I'm afraid the best posters and the biggest smart ****s went to CHB. Some of our best posters still post in the classic here now and again though. Guys like Red Cobra and flea.

I cannot abide by Frank ****** fans. I actually don't love Hearn at all. He's gone down massively in my estimation of late, but ****** is a complete scumbag. For what he did to Burns, Calzaghe and the rest, the bloke should have been hounded out of boxing and CHB just reveres the bloke for some reason.

There are definitely some smart and funny lads there, but they're very predictable. The forum is just anti-Hearn stuff and it's reached a point where nothing sensible is being said. Too many twitter warriors there.

Ok fair enough. I stay away from the brit because its all Frank vs Waren pish and Rob polls. There's a few frank****s but its mostly pro Hearns in the brit imo.

Think Hopkins was on his "won't lose to a white boy" routine and Calzaghee's dad stepped in with something that had everyone including Hopkins rolling up laughing

The poster said least charismatic not how much you personally hate the person. Someone even said Nas, GTFO. I would say someone like Calz. He was a quality boxer but boy did he lack charisma. This was probably one of the reasons why he struggled to get a following outside of Wales. Good looking, White, can box yet no one really cared about him. It's more about just boxing, you need to have something more about you.

If you fast forward another 10 years, more people will miss someone like Eubank, than Calz.
