Nutrition for boxing

    I've got three kids, so understand.

    Eggs, sardines and organ meats are cheap and better for you then muscle meats.

    Yes, yes you do. It won't make you fat or hurt you if you have to cut weight. Actually the opposite. You could easily consume 50% of your calories from fat, though don't get all wrapped up in counting calories.

    this is true, but more smaller meals throughout the day keeps the blood sugar level up... the worst is after 4-5 hours, some people blood sugar can get so low, they will grab the first thing they can find to eat, thus bad choices, bad foods

    Another question has anyone got any good recipes for fruit or vege smoothies?

    Would it be ok to take early morning about 6:30am before boxing session?
