Yes he chats a lot of **** but On this card on Saturday he is the main attraction tho.. It's certainly not Devon Alexander or Thurman.

Talented boxer and has ability to cause problems to every Welterweight in the world, will probably win a World title at the weight but will never be classed as top 2/3 in world.

It's really really hard to like Khan. I mean, I want to, he's our most famous boxer, he's achieved a lot and he's one the few who have been really successful abroad but he's extremely overrated, especially by himself. He's almost Victor-Ortiz-esque in his delusional self importance. He was dropped by Willy Limond, Owned by Prescott, Sonned by Garcia and bullied by Maidana, Peterson and even blown up lightweight Julio Diaz. He's always one punch away from being KTFO'd and yet he has this warped view that he's elite.

 

In the UK maybe but in the U.S. I think Thurman is regarded as much more exciting than Khan.

Another thing, if Khan jabs his way to a boring decision is that going to be enough to get what he wants... the Mayweather fight?

Maidana got his shot for bashing Broner around in a very exciting fan friendly fight, we all know what it is like over there, I've heard fans start booing after a round because there is not enough explosive action and I'm assuming Alexander Vs Khan will follow Thurman, who no doubt will be throwing bombs so it could turn the crowd.

Khan has to win but also has to be exciting and if he is fan friendly and exchanges then this is going to be far more dangerous than Khan and Hunter will want it to be.

 

Honestly dont understand the hate with Amir. All top level fighters spout on about how good they etc etc, and tbf Amir has fought at the top level for a long time.

So what if he has a suspect chin? His biggest weakness is that he likes to trade when he is hurt, and eventually gets KO'd. Saying that, hasnt he been knocked out twice? By Prescott and Garcia? Maidana caught him with some heavy shots and he survived.

No doubting the fella's boxing skills imho.

Khans the main man out there for the UK, no other UK fighter sells out Vegas, these are the facts

 

The MGM is sold out is it? I think not. I bet tickets are cheap as chips as well.

 

Let's look at the Khan selling out Vegas myth... I think Alexander, Thurman, Mares and Ortiz have a lot to do with the event being successful, I highly doubt its on the strength of Khan alone and I bet they are giving tickets away.
