Unstable training is bull****, in studies unstable training results in less EMG activity of those muscles than in traditional exercises like squats and deadlifts. Being unstable just means you use less load and develop less overall strength. Please don't tell me you use bosu ***** as well?

Here you go again with your sweeping generalisations.

A farmer walk with kettlebells attached to short straps is a whole lot different to carrying them by the handles. :hey

The scientific research and strength and conditioning community back me up on that, the only thing behind you is your *******.

KBs can work out well for boxers/ mma fighters. I don't have experience with them but strength and conditioning coaches I respect think highly of them.

Here's a little something useful for boxers but the trainer does not recommend it for people with little KB experience.

Uh no, I'm familiar with the literature and the experts views on the matter of unstable training. It's considered a joke by everyone, only dip**** personal trainers still value unstable training. It's rehab training, nothing more.

again i hear a lot of talk, but no list and there are general exercises
that dont need to be specific so stop saying that

ahh skipping rope are good for cardio, deadlifts make you stronger etc

so lets see your general list

    and about embrassing myself lol

dont talk like to someone who actually trains
because a keyboard should know his place

i do agree that kettlebells are not the best tool for pure strength
they are just too light and using momentum is not the best to develop stregth

that being said, many of those powerlifters are super strong
at 3 lifts which require very little movement or cardio
so you can question if they are that strong in general

like to give an example, where i grapple we had quite a few different types of people try it out,
and i will tell you this 3 rugby players came to try it out
    and felt strong as bulls
2 powerlifters came one felt strong and the other didnt
and the one that didnt squats over 500 pounds...

so you cant say that just cause you can lift more then someone that you are stronger then them

You really are a dense ****.

You want me to make a list of random exercises that a boxer could do? What would be the point? The idea is specific people do specific exercises for a specific purpose. How can you not understand this? :nut

Apart from that, why do I have to come up with this list? What are you attempting to prove?

    Random...

I'm not going to waste my time listing the hundreds of exercises a boxer could potentially do.

This is like someone saying "okay. This guy fights like this, so you want to practice these specific punches to combat his style" and somebody else replying with "**** that! Just give me a list of every punch known to man!". What in the **** is the point of that? Can you see how stupid you're making yourself look... again.

Absolutely. You find very simple things difficult to comprehend and embarrass yourself when you attempt to make a point which you think is valid, in reality whatever you say is ****ing stupid. See the first quote of yours shown at the top of this post for a perfect example.

    This just makes no sense.

Embarrassed yourself again with that post, mate.

    What?

Thank you for your irrelevant story...

You kind of can in certain circumstances. You could guess that overall a guy that can squat 500lbs is probably going to be stronger in general terms than a guy that can bench 200lbs.
