After Calzaghe exposed Lacy as one dimensional, is it fair to say a prime Robin Reid would have beat him.

get the **** outta here. hind sight is always 20 20. Lacy was a good brutalizing come forward slugger with a Mike Tyson aura. I hate when people act like this guy wasn't good. Kinda reminds me of what Hopkins did to Trinidad. Some guys have their skills and prime literally beaten out of them

Prim-4-Prime Reid should have taken this one, easy!!!

Unless the referee from the Reid-Ottke fight was officiating, then its a Lacy win via DQ.

reid in his hey day was an exellent boxer and counterpuncher. there is no way reid would have fought lacy like he did in 2005. he wouldnt have stood there and had a shoot out with lacy. like lacy said after the fight "the difference was i took his best shots but he couldnt take mine"

he would have boxed him off the back foot and drawn lacy onto the counter punch. lacy=come forward pressure fighter reid=stand off boxer and counter puncher

i believe reid would have won by ud. thats not to take anything away from lacy it was an exellent win and i thought he was going to go on and beat calzaghe.

Listen, Robin Reid fought Lacy and the referee that night. Total BS that was. Prime Robin Reid wins comfortably against Lacy.

Prime focused Robin Reid is the 4th best win on Joe's resume, far better than Lacy

Shame he was such an inconsistent fighter
