No, there is no such thing as "correct" transliteration. It has been listed as "Sergei" many times in the past, including nearly all of his televised appearances back when he was relevant (and it was listed as "Sergei" as of then on Boxrec).

Kind of like how if you want to be a stickler and say there is no such heavyweight champion as Wladimir Klitschko since his name is more closely transliterated as Volodomyr Klychko.

...or the whole Andrey/Andreas Kotelnik. etc.

 

I think he gets overwhelmed, and early. Too much speed.

Round 1

Ruiz Jr. is moving in with left hooks, right hands, and left hooks. These triplicate attacks are thrown regardless of what Liakhovich is doing, which consists of either backing up with his palms turned out, moving in to collect Ruiz in a bearhug, or punching with him. BIG left hook by Ruiz, staggering Liakhovich back. Liakhovich pushes with both hands, then falls in with a jab and clinches. Ruiz is jabbing the body and then backhands his entire left forearm up into Liakhovich's mouth from below, unseen by the ref. Ruiz mushes Liakhovich across the ring and lands reach-in body and head jabs. Clubbing right behind the head by Ruiz as Liakhovich bends over. Ruiz pressures Liakhovich into the ropes and slices at his body with quick wide hooks with both hands.

Round 2

Liakhovich is throwing limp left jabs up and falling in to clinch. Ruiz is smashing up Liakhovich's face with the backs of both forearms on the inside, on the ref's blindside. VERY rough tactics by Ruiz. Liakhovich is shoved away and jabbed in the face, nose bloodied. Liakhovich is taking ponderous steps to his left, extending slow jabs on the body. Liakhovich is exhibiting no sharpness whatsoever, like he is fighting underwater. Ruiz is content to let Liakhovich tie him up, and then roughhousing him in the clinches instead of working in between them. Ruiz seems to enjoy imposing his physicality and asserting dominance on Liakhovich up close and personal, landing rabbit punches and elbows as Liakhovich tries motorboating him and holding on tight. Liakhovich is backed up by a couple of jabs. Liakhovich dives in with a right uppercut on the jiggling 30-pack of Ruiz, and then ducks out.
