If Froch beats Chavez and GGG beats Murray then clearly it's a PPV worthy fight both here and in the US- I don't get Hearn's constant utterances that HBO wouldn't make it PPV.

I hope the fight is made as it's intriguing on many levels.

Your telling me not easy to hit don't make me laugh, groves toyed with him imagine what golokin would do.Cant see anything other than gg ko win.

What makes me say he is not a wrrior well first he is ducking his mandatory something he almost moaned at calzage for doing when it is far bigger fight than him v calzage ever was.Not just that he ducking its the disrespectful way he speaking about degale.Secondly his record is a myth anyone young and technically sound has caused him problems.Add in the ducking of stevenson and his il fight anyone mantle is actually rubbish

HBO did state they had no interest in making that fight PPV. More specifically, they told K2 they will only consider Cotto, Mayweather, Canelo, or Chavez Jr as PPV fights at this time.
That's why GGG is chasing Chavez but not Ward or Froch.

they "enjoy" it every day. he ain't overrated, your following post proves it. it doesn't matter that you struggle when you win, and ward became lb for lb #2 off the back of beating him. when others show him disrespect, he responds in kind. he's a boxer, not jesus or ghandi.

    Come on not overrated?

Any young technical fighter has given him kittens. For me dirrell beat him was 1.33 aftre the fight had finished!

Hope he earns all the coin in the world as god knows anyone who gets in the ring deserves it but he has sold himself as this warrior who will fight anyone and this is clearly not the case.

Glen johnson caused him problems, groves in first fight exposed him and for me degale beats him all day.Look at his record taylor destryoyed him before the ko,bute had fought nobody, kessler was done second time around, bute was hyped, and abraham has never been a super middle!

So the about the best win on his record is pascal who always gasses or dare i say it groves. All im saying for the amount of no british fighter has ever fought this typ of resume im not so convinced.

Enjoy watching him but far from one of my fav fighters and even far from one of my favourite human beings. The smugness and arogant way he dismisses other british fightrs is nothing short of disgusting.Fair enougth two of those are in his weight but still im tiring of listening to the carl froch pr machine on sky

Can't see why the Chavez fight would do better on ppv. It's a completely irrelevant fight.

I presume it would be loyal Chavez fans buying the ppv regardless of his opponent.

as i said, it doesn't matter that someone gives you kittens when you beat them, even if it's "just" because you're tougher. he's just shy of elite, and in the days of 15+ rounds probably would be.

Basically Froch is massively over rated was VERY lucky the first time he fought Groves has been in a lot of fights going right back to Charles Adamu, to Glen Johnson and Andre Dirrell. Now he is made out to be some sort of superstar and Golovkin would basically bang him out and end all of that ridiculous hype.

Let's see the quote then because I am pretty sure HBO would make those fights PPV and Golovkin has been chasing a fight with Froch.

he didn't get lucky or exposed against groves 1, he showed how tough he is to beat! how many times do you want froch to stop him?

Groves is getting progessivley worse without Booth and was never that great to begin with. I am sorry but how does dodget officiating the first time round followed by a good KO in a far from dominant fight over a Euro level fighter prove anything?

Harder puncher? That's debatable, one is hardest puncher at 160, and another at 168

Chavez got best ppv numbers in the States in 2014, a lot more than Mayweather and Pacman, so between than an UK ppv your talking a ****load of money

    I'm in agreement with Ryan.

Froch's chin and recovery powers are elite, but so is GGG's power.

It'd look like the first few rounds of the first fight between GG and Froch, except GGG would actually stop him.
