Crawford had a fantastic year, and hats off to him.

Still feels like a bit of a hometown decision, though I'd have still had him a finalist for the award.

I hope this is just the beginning. He's great for boxing, a reason for America to love boxing again. This Bud's for you!

Fan Dan's choice, not that he's an unworthy winner.

Na he didn't. He beat 49 year old Hopkins in a wide decision, but fought two undefeated, yet very limited, and untested guys in Agnew, and Caparello. While Crawford fought, Burns, Gamboa, and Beltran. Comparatively speaking, Crawford fought three solid opponents. While Kovalev fought one good opponent, and two mediocre ones. Crawford edged it out. Sure Agnew, and Caparello had nice records, but neither had beaten another top level guy. They beat all bums.

noice, he's the first guy that comes to mind when I think of an amazing year.

    Burns
    Gamboa
    Beltran

2 good fights next year and he's definitely gets the nod.

Well deserved but i dont see him as the lineal champ. He only got it because Vazguez got butt****ed by the system. No one should view Robert Hoyles 109-119 card as legit.
