Was the very nature of Saturday's stoppage damaging for GG in a rematch

    Groves was stopped.

    By TKO.

With his hands down, his back turned and his head down.

It was seen by most as premature stoppage of an INEVITABLE outcome :yep

Groves in a rematch will want to disprove this.

The referee will be under orders to not jump the gun.

Surely this is a recipe for brain injuring, dumb macho ginger disaster

if it goes late i do think froch could stop him again but this time properly. Groves has a massive chance in a rematch but i have my doubts about whether he could last the 12 without getting stopped as he seems to slow down but he should have been given the chance to prove that wrong on Saturday but Foster the **** stopped it early.

"Inevitable" ? Only by the cretinous. If anything, a referee need to be ready to jump in on Froch, given that his potentially declining punch resistance saw him buzzed several time per round.

Masterful boxer knocked out twice by a "limited slugger with heart" hehe. Groves fans? Where you at? Awfully quiet these days. Back to watching football I guess.
