Paulies face has gone international from his fighting and commentating and he could sell in macau. Pacs team could see it as a lucrative safe fight. Both sides win. Paulie gets to ride off into the sunset with fat pockets and pac gets paid safely while waiting for the next reason him and may can't get into the ring together.
