If this is genuine, and Floyd refuses the 60%, it would be an absolute disgrace.

Who would he end up fighting instead, and for how much?

He's the 'Money' man, who's in the 'cash chequing' business.

Well nobody's going to give him a bigger cheque than Manny.

There will be a significant difference in the number on the cheque, if he fights anyone else.

pac ppv numbers are remarkable considering he has lost before could you imagine how floyds ppv would of dropped had he taken a official loss?

most of the appeal is because he has never lost he is not a draw in ather way

Floyd gets 32 mill(not including tax) pac gets 30 mill in his last fight with no tax but normaly gets 25 mill

every common opponent with Floyd pac has drawn the same amount except for marquez pac did more numbers

pac deserves 50-50 he earned the right but pac wanting the fight just forgot his own ego and is willing to take less to make the fight credit need to be given to pac here

i think it was the recent roach interview where he said floyd threw the 60/40 figure up to which manny has now signed IF THAT IS TRUE and floyd backs out with everything agreed upon then ill go from a floyd supporter to a floyd hater

i have a hard time imagining floyd accepting let alone asking for 60/40 (i would have imagined him settling on 35/65) but we will wait to see what floyds camps states

A Khan fight? We both know Floyd wouldn't take that fight.

Let's see... Avoid one super fast boxer in Manny to take on possibly the fastest Boxer in the game in Khan? Floyd likes the Maidana's, Canelo's of this world (slow as f*ck).

Also, not backed into a corner? What are Floyd's options?

Cotto rematch almost 3 years later? Zzzz.
    Canelo rematch? Zzzz.
    Maidana trilogy? Zzzz.
Swift? Maybe. But even Danny has slipped a lot.

    Floyd has ZERO options left.

I bet he agreed to a 40% offer that isn't there. I'm thinking no way Floyd lets have more than 35%, I think Pac is consciously trying to stay outside of what Floyd will agree to, just like he has many times before.

Floyd even said that Khan has no fans/name, yet he just packed out a venue in Vegas...

It's IDIOTS like you, MVC, alexthegreat etc that will support Floyd through ANYTHING because you are clueless. Not even that, you know deep down that your favourite fighter hasn't got the ball$ to fight Manny (or Amir) yet you always think of an excuse (just like your idol) to condone his actions.

I'm not sure how that would work, aggreing to a part of the contract drafted by both sides and agreed upon by both sides. Pretty sure Mandy's lawyers and floyds didn't get their law degrees from al medinah university or whatever. I'm not sure they can white out the 35% or cross it out replace it with %40 and call that being signed off and waiting now for Floyd.

This is going to be the richest fight in history. Floyd knows it, he knows that regardless of purse split he makes more money off this than any other fight. The insistence on 60/40 is just ego and posturing.

Floyd could fight GGG and it wouldnt do 1.2m buys. Bottom line is people are sick of PPV i think when Floyd fought once a year it was great, an event so people paid and the numbers were huge.

Pac fighting Algieri or Rios is no reflection on Pac, its the awful opponent. No matter how big a fanboy of Pac you are, its the truth. People wont pay for a complete mismatch. Bradley PPV was good as he is an excellent PFP ranked fighter.

Floyd and Pac need eachother right now thats why the fight is close to being made, they cant milk it anymore. Nobody left to fight. Cotto rematch, Jesse Vargas?! come on guys dont buy this ****, its not acceptable.

I couldnt care less what the purse split is and neither should you. Once these 2 guys fight this sport/Forums/Fans everything will change completely.
