Indeed. Andys stock is high and Qullins low. Objective ****ysis would suggest it is very hard to seperate these two. Any result is possible IMO.
Very true as Andy was losing round after round before he landed that nice punch :dead My point is, and I love Kid CHOC CHOC, that Peter has taken time off as if he were a HOT PPV superstar:?:rofl I think the momentum and hunger will propel Andy to knock my man on his back:good :smoke
Quillin is a coward for not fighting Korobov. People dislike him as a result. Lee is a pure gentleman. People want Lee to win, so maybe that is why the poll is so pro-Lee.
Quillin choosing to take this fight really makes want to root for Andy lee to slaughter Quillin . Lee via stoppage .
**** I can't believe the favouritism towards Lee. A little while ago andy was a bum who should retire. I guess the saying your only as good as your last fight is true.
Probably one of the most misused statements uttered on these forums, I'm almost positive these "Cowards" that duck everyone under the sun are influenced and steered away from certain fights because of their management teams. With that said I'd lean towards Lee from a rooting perspective, I just plain old like the guy and think he's genuine, though if I was a betting man I'd put my Money on Peter since he has a lot to prove at this point and he has plenty of tools at his disposal. I hate using past fighters as a way to create a barometer when predicting the outcome of a fight however in this case I will, Lee's fight vs Vera and Chavez showed Lee's vulnerabilty when dealing with pressure....mind you Vera and Chavez apply a less than strategic and explosive pressure than the kind of pressue I would expect from Quillen....take a look at Quillen's bout vs Winky. Again I'd love to see Lee win and would root for him however Quillen might just have a bit too much natural talent for Lee to contain and supress for a whole 12 rounds. Just my honest opinion.
Almost losing to Rosado, bringing up a half blind 154 pounder who could barely pass a medical, then dropping belt when asked to fight a live body has a way of not impressing people is all. I never thought Lee should retire, I just never thought he was a particularly competitive fight for GGG. (still dont) Quillin-Lee is a competitive fight. Quillin may be able to beat Lee, but I do genuinely hope Lee knocks him spark out.
Similar thoughts on this one though I have nothing against Peter, I recall seeing him earlier in career and meeting him a Jadion at Manhattan Center where we spoke boxing and NYC life both dudes were extremely cool fairly humble.
How the hell are they going to fork out so much money? Damn. Lee by KO would be the event of the year.
