Maldonado is drilling lefts on the body as Imam steps back and sweeps a right hand behind the long jab. Maldonado is lobbing up lefts on the face and buckles the knees of Imam with it after throwing a few deceptively slow ones. MALDONADO DOWN OFF A RIGHT HAND STEPPING OUT OF THE POCKET! Maldonado beats the count and gets rocked with left and right hooks in a corner. Byrd gives him another count. 1-2 by Imam. Maldonado staggered - and saved by the bell!

10-9 Imam (started as 10-8 Maldonado, then became 10-9 Maldonado as of the 1st knockdown since the knockdowns canceled each other out and Maldonado had won more of the round...but then Imam kept blasting him and got the 2nd KD ruling, thus flipping it from 10-9 Maldonado to 10-9 Imam :huh)
