garcia last year lost to herrera but got the official win and then fought a 77 ranked guy and not only that making him up in weight it was a horrible year for garcia

I think this could be a brilliant fight. Provodnikov is tougher and stronger but he is wild and takes one to give one. Matthysse is a brilliant boxer and for me one of the top 5 punchers p4p.

Surely this should be for the vacant WBO? can't think of two more deserving guys.

That doesn't matter because the fact is that Garcia beat Lucas and did it convincingly. Who they are fighting now does not speak to who the better fighter is because that has been settled.

 

no never it was a very very close fight and garcia never looked good he couldn't even put a dominant performance over a guy with one eye at worst it was a draw if the knockdown was not ruled lucas would of won

 

Absolute dream fight.... Can't wait... As much as I can appreciate the fine art of boxing I don't care what you say you can't beat a slugfest with two beasts like this
