Point being to ask Floyd who has taken care of his health to add on hella weight just to try to be like Duran is a ****in joke......Duran had been knocked out and had his ass whipped numerous times.....

Floyd hasn't so what in gods name would it make sense for Floyd to add on extra weight for no apparent reason.....

You guys are trying to call for a Floyd vs Triple G fight....do you realize how silly that is, why stop at Triple G, why not Andre Ward, Why not Hopkins....those guys are much better than Triple G, why do you want Floyd to fight a C Grade Fighter like Triple G....

what fights are you talking about that nobody thought he could win and he did? the srl fight in which srl performing at 50% of his ability? what happened when srl came in fighting at 100%? what other fight are you talking about? barkley?...barkley was one of the crudest guys to ever win a title. look at his career and the many guys who beat him with ease and a little boxing skill. who else? davey moore?...moore only had 9 or 10 fights up to that point...a relative amateur. when you think about it, those are the fights he was SUPPOSED to win...but duran lost to every top guy he faced from lw to mw. and in fact he LOST a lotta other fights he was SUPPOSED to WIN.

fmj is a genius....an aristocrat by nature. he's better than duran any way you look at it.

So let me get this straight. He is the first guy to go the distance with Hagler at middleweight since Hagler won the title, and Floyd will ktfo him ... uh huh. Hearns had some first round KOs at light heavyweight. Floyd isn't stopping Duran, and his best bet is to disengage and try to Whitaker/Chavez him.

thing is, what they're saying doesn't even make sense....foyd has fought in 5 weight classes just like duran. he hasn't done anything less than what duran did. they just want to shame floyd for being undefeated and acting like duran losing to every top fighter he faced is preferable to him WINNING every fight like floyd. A lotta people just don't understand genius. They look at 47-0 and they just can't accept it...something must be wrong...he must be gaming the system. nobody can accomplish that unless they're up to something. they want floyd to start losing every fight like duran and only being able to beat guys like barkley and davey moore then they'll praise him....because people love mediocrity. they understand it because it's how they are... and they don't understand genius so they hate and don't trust it.

Duran overachieved. Floyd has never overachieved and has not taken bad style match ups - Canelo is a plodder who gave up rounds to Gomez for the love of God.. Floyd might have beaten Mosley in his prime, but an iron chinned big welter might have worn him down with attrition. Floyd is the greatest at seeing which styles he can dissect. The closest he ever came to a misjudgment was Madaina I and the Judah fight, but he is so much tougher and more complete than Judah that it didnt' matter. If Floyd had crushed and humiliated Pac in 2009-2011 he would be hailed as definitely a kind of untouchable fighter. As it is we have to say, IF he fought him ... not the hallmark of a true "best ever". His claim that there is ALWAYS somebody else to fight is so bogus. Pac was the man to beat.

f you watch the hager fight, hagler isn't really pressing for the ko. hagler expected it to be easy...didn't kick it into gear until the last 3 rounds.

but fmj was knocking guys out at lw....jesus chavez and diego corrales had never been ko'd either until they faced fmj.

Mayweather has spent over five years avoiding the number one challenger in his division and is continuing to stall negotiations despite his potential opponent having already been brutally knocked out and not having achieved a stoppage for five years, and yet you want to match against a destroyer two weight classes above?

this is what i'm talking about....dudes thinking that 47-0 is too perfect. not being able to trust perfection.

yeah, i know, he's gotta be up to something right? he doesn't fight guys who are a bad style match up, except he fights sluggers like corrales and canelo. he fights quick fast slick boxers like shane, judah and corley. he fights technical boxer punchers like cotto, guerrero and marquez. he fights pressure fighters like hatton. he fights guys who outweigh him by 10, 15, 20, 25 lbs. he fights guys 15 years younger...he fights taller guys and shorter guys and he fights mutl-division champs. he moves up in weight to fight dlh at a catchweight set by dlh.

fmj doesn't have to "overachieve" because he's the best fighter in the world. what he has to do is beat these guys that are much younger, stronger, bigger and have world titles themselves...and win practically every round against them. and if he loses more than 2 rounds he has to give them a rematch because people like you consider fmj losing more than two rounds to be a loss for him.

fcuk pac...if pac and his promotional/managment team don't want the fight, there is nothing fmj or you or anybody else can do.

...now you're just making up sh8t. yeah, i guess floyd ducked sugar ray robinson and kid gavilan too, huh? not to mention benny leonard and ray mancini:lol:

i think fmj would beat hearns and srl at ww....hagler was a mw, so i don't see that fight happening.

Duran was a man. He wasn't scared of anyone. He was a throwback to the old days when guys like Stanley Ketchel, Billy Conn, and Jake LaMottta would fight anyone, anywhere, anytime.
