So how would you rank the welters right now? The obvious 1 & 2 being Mayweather and Pacquiao. How does everyone else rank?

    In no particular order:
    Robert Guerrero
    Tim Bradley
    Marcos Maidana
    Diego Chaves
    Amir Kahn
    Shawn Porter
    Keith Thurman
    Kell Brook
    Juan Manuel Marquez

    Feel free to add others.

These guys really need to fight each other. Otherwise based on rankingsI have it:

    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Tim Bradley
    Amir Kahn
    Marcos Maidana
    Kell Brook
    Shawn Porter
    Keith Thurman
    Robert Guerrero
    Diego Chaves

Based on who I suspect wins and is better:

    Kell Brook
    Keith Thurman
    Shawn Porter
    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Tim Bradley
    Amir Kahn
    Marcos Maidana
    Diego Chaves
    Robert Guerrero

Not an easy list to decipher, but I suspect Marquez is close to done and Bradley could be vulnerable right now where as Brook, Thurman and Porter don't have the experience, but have youth and momentum on their side. Kahn needs to fight some top 10s and probably a pick em fight with Maidana right now.

Difficult division to rank because based on resume Bradley and Marquez will be ranked highly, but putting them all head to head I think Brook, Khan and Thurman are the top fighters.

Surprised to see people putting Brook at 3. He only really has one notable win...
