Really cool to see Brook ranked so highly. The UK in recent years has a pattern of putting their fighters in with nobodies, then giving them one big jump as a major underdog against a champion (Strum and Martinez Vs Barker, Murray and Macklin / Saul Alvarez Vs Matthew Hatton etc). Cool to see a guy like Brook start off in the same place but slowly keep rising and rising up the ranks until he's beating the top guys.

that is an ignorant statement man. The "nobodies" are domestic level rivals who are fighting to become contenders. Where the british fighter sees it as getting a shot at a title, their american counterparts see it as an easy fight. Its only when the british fighter wins a belt that the americans take them seriously. Hatton had no shot with Alvarez same as Macklin with Martinez and GGG. Barker had no real shot either, same with Murray when he fought Rios Cotto with Jennings and Lee Purdy when Alexander beat him up. These are all tune up in-between fights for the american champions. British fighters mostly fail on Diet and discipline.(Kevin Mitchell and Frankie Gavin are prime examples) Brook has always been a major talent in the UK.

Def. That fight has been years in the making. Should have happened at 140 for supremacy.

I still rate Paquaio #1 over Mayweather & obviously Floyd agrees with me because he's done everything in his power to avoid having to fight him.
