froch does suck when he goes up against a boxer with some degree of skill.I never said ward is goat or that he's the best super middleweight ever.unlike you who thinks calslappy is the best thing ever.

Why not - because Ward has a better fight lined up - or just because something is rotten in the state of Denmark...............

Kessler is just done and shot, he does not stand a chance in hell against Ward. So the fight is meaningless.

BT a Danish newspaper gave us the news this morning. Saurland has reached an agreement with HBO and the offer for both boxers are huge and difficult to ignore even if You´re recently retired or suffer from homesickness.

This is a great fight for ward.

It will give him more exposure with the European audience. I imagine they'd be fighting in front of at least 30,000 people over in Denmark.

Also, he just needs to be a lot more active now since he only fought once in over 2 years. He's 30 now, who knows how much longer he'll be in his prime for. Hopefully now that he's signed with a new promo company he'll be able to start fighting at least twice a year.

I really admire the Viking warrior's heart. He really takes on all comers and it's refreshing to see. That being said, he has a snowball's chance in hell beating Ward, who's just a superior fighter in pretty much every facet.

If you are fading into obscurity, the best thing to do is rematch a former foe you beat easily, but make sure he is shot and retired first...
