I've just seen on twitter there that peter says hughie wants either manuel charr or mark de Mori next, I was slightly surprised to see them throwing him straight in a ten rounder with rudenko so soon , but they seem to know what they are doing. And it has to be said if he's fighting charr at 20, the future is bright for him - I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he's fighting for titles before AJ , they're not messing around are they.
De Mori from what I've seen is terrible and Fury would easily out point him. Charr is a level above and would be a risky fight. Can Fury fight for the British Title? Surely he's nearing a shot now.
Yeh don't know of any reason why hughie cannot fight for the British, after all Tyson holds the belt so I wouldn't be shocked if he vacates and hughie contests it. Yep they're defo not messing with him, seem to be keen to make up for lost time don't they, 15-0 at 20 is not bad at all.
That win over Rudenko, 20 year old kid with out his man strength done a rather good job. I actually felt Rudenko beat Lucas Brown.
Would love to see the Charr fight happen. Don't think he'd be fighting Dillian White anytime soon, he's friendly with the Fury camp so that probably wouldn't happen until there are belts on the line at least.
Dillian Whyte is fighting Gary Cornish in an eliminator for the British title before the end of June and when Tyson vacates Hughie will probably get the winner for the vacant title. I think Hughie would beat both of them. I wasn't too impressed with Whytes win over Nascimento, he looks very slow and sluggish.
I was impressed by Hughie's movement against Rudenko. He reminds me of a Brendan Ingle fighter. If the Ingles had a talented heavy he would probably box like Hughie.Rudenko has fast hands certainly faster than Chisora or Hammer so thats a good result.Big punchers like Price,Browne and Joshua are too much of a risk at this point but guys like Hammer,Scott or Gerber could be good matchups this year.
