For the record on a serious note, as one of the few people who actually saw Dong/McCrary, he looked pretty limp in there and seemed to have blown his load by the third round. He dropped McCrary twice couldn't finish him off, and McCrary hit him with some pretty big bombs and he didn't seem to react too well them, style wise and power wise he poses no threat whatsoever to Wlad.
Extremely easy to hit, pretty much every fight has shown that he can be tagged by just about anyone... Not a very good sign. Unless he's packing granite, and we won't know if he has chin issues for quite some time because these kind of stiffs aren't going to test it.
I can't imagine this guy having a very solid jaw. Dudes that big generally don't get punched in the mouth everyday. I'd like to see him develop into a true monster but I think, once they stop throwing bums at him, he'll get weeded out somewhere around 15-0. (Get it? Throwing bums at the Dong? hurr hurr)
Yeah I'm not impressed... At best he ends up becoming another Tye Fields, at worst another Julius Long.
Wlad would have fun playing with Dong. He does have a big upside if he can increase his speed and reflexes. Interesting prospect.
Wlad would be out for a long time when big Dong's starting making his moves up in the division. But 2 fast will be ready for him.
