Skill wise I would have to say Wallin at the moment, but Granat is still a bit rough around the edges/green, we'll know in the next year or two... Right now I pick Wallin.

I tend to agree with you but Adrian has the bigger name win against Danny Williams, but that doesn't really count for much anymore.:-(

Granat stopped Airich in rd 3, the same round Joshua did... :deal

If Granat develops a better jab, and has a solid set of whiskers he might have what it takes to be a contender one day. We shall see.

With last nights win expect Granat to surge past Wallin on Boxrec, and of course has the best win out of the two.

The new and improved Helenius :deal we might have a clue for his chin if the Airich fight reveals.

I love his body shots. Absolutely killer. He really digs into them, and you don't see a lot of modern HW's doing that, certainly not the bigger guys. Only a few issues with him... He's a bit stationary, and pushes his jab out a bit too much, in fact he doesn't even really use a jab... He just measures to set up right hands and combinations. There are a few worries I have about him, but he's young with plenty of time to improve

Yeah, completely agree. His defence seemed really weak in the sparring video with Hammer too.

finally the division is getting a couple of decent sized guys in the mix.
there are so many 6' 5"+ guys around nowadays, I thought it was strange we didn't see many of them in the HW division.

    Granates away! :toney

Agreed. Offensively he has a lot of to be happy about, but he's really got develop a better jab and work on his defense some.

He's also very slow, slow movement and slow handspeed. He needs to get his timing down and get all of the technical aspects of the game down to counteract his lack of explosiveness, because he'll be eaten alive by quicker guys, who can either him him before Granat is able to land, or just dash in and out all night against him

By the way is Granat really Swedish??

I mean most Swedish men are truly soft and the vast mayority of Swedish boxers dont have Swedish names.

Cant really picture a good ethnic Swedish fighter.:D

Most Swedish are so soft .
