    byrd was 37? shot2shyte.

a typical age for povetkin to come out of hiding and fight someone formerly decent. probably still one of povs best wins though. and no, povs not going to fight prime Wildman.

pov is not bad, all said. hes never recovered the heights reached in his amateur days though.

Nope. Close, but clear win for Povetkin. Today he would beat Huck even more decisively. That wasn't Povetkin at his best.

It probably wasn't Povetkin at his best but I think he lost that fight

Povetkin has done more to earn a rematch against Klitschko than Fury had done to be given a title challenge.

Povetkin lost to Huck about as much as Holyfield lost to Qawi ( 1st fight ).

Many of Klitschko's knockdowns against Povetkin were bogus. The proverbial deck was stacked in Klitschko's favor versus Povetkin. I suspect the rematch is going to be much tougher for Klitschko. Povetkin knows how to do one thing consistently:

Povetkin The Great. I can see why Wladimir refuses to give him a rematch after he robbed Povetkin of a victory.

Can't say Povetkin was robbed versus Klitschko but Klitschko was allowed too much leniency
