Manny flat out refused to do any testing when this fight was seemingly a done deal in 2009. By the way, VADA wasn't even around back then. It just goes to show you that there is little objectivity in regards to this topic. Seriously, the poll question should've been "do you dislike Floyd Mayweather". Now using some simple logic, connect his statement to the fact that he currently trains the no.1 sprinter in the world and he's basically saying he's still serving PEDs.
