    He said Khan and Devon are not true welter weights. And only Shawn Porter, Kell Brook and himself are the true welter weights? What the heck is he on? Khan is way bigger than this guy naturally.

    I think he just said that as fighting talk to goad Khan. Trying to make himself look less over rated than Khan and to get Khan to maybe fight him. It's normal for boxers to say stuff like this.

    He started his career there and did rise up to it. Sort of like seeing GGG as a "true" middleweight while Sergio Martinez is not.
