why at the height of Eddie Hearns power are his cards so lame

Had a bad feeling about Hearn when he just kept signing up fighter after fighter, and ordinary fighters like Coyle and Brian Rose, which made it worse. His 'stable' seems a mis-mash and adhoc, and it takes him an absolute eternity to manoeuvre them into positions which will bring some clarity and definition to British boxing.

He's done it again signing Frankie bloody Gavin. He seems to have no idea about fighter's limitations, and if he is aware, he's more of a ******. A cynical one, that will damage boxing overall in the long term. Obsessed with signing mediocre fighters no one cares about, and putting them as headliners.

Wonder if Gethin recieved a 'bonus' last night? Purely for fighting above expectations of course. Definitely not for pulling out before he ruined Luke Campbell's showcase walkover against Tommy Coyle. Definitely not for that.

Tommy is an absolute muppet. Seems a nice bloke but has been built up as this mini-Froch by Hearn and seems to have believed it himself, when in reality he will be fed to Campbell this summer.

Campbell v Coyle is a joke 'massive fight' as far as it being competitive is concerned, Coyle will do very well to still be standing upright after a max 6 rounds v Campbell (gulf in class)

Eddie only ever had 2 good main events (not cards) and they were both the same event and since the second one he wants us to fill out stadiums to watch his bums

    Apart from the blatant robbery.

First fight was good (But spoiled by the terrible result) along with the Eggington fight. The rest was ****.

If Coyle had put in a really good show it is the last time Campbell and Coyle could fight as a local derby match up as they are clearly on a different trajectory. It is clear to anyone who knows anything it is a mismatch but Eddie Hearn likes to squeeze as much blood out of every stone. It will sell well to the casuals in Hull and Eddie knows it. Campbell supports Hull FC. I wouldn't be surprised to see Coyle suddenly start supporting Hull KR to get all the Rugby dead heads in.

The card on sat at Hull is simply turning off potential boxing fans.

    An absolute stinkfest.

After all the promise Hearn has become a joke.

All his cards are one sided bores, I'm getting to the point where I don't bother watching half of his shows now.

Nothing will get done about it though, he looks at his bank balance, smiles to himself and thinks what a great job he is doing.

That Bradley Saunders fight was certainly a joke. Saunders' opponent moved like he had cerebral palsy.
