big fan of butler, needs to not fight a few walkovers. needs to go straight into tough fights, but not world level.
Drop down a division again for me, I know Tete is bigger than your average guy at the weight, but I just feel that he could drop down as he looks like he has a bit of weight that could be shed, he I would say needs a new trainer because his current one is either inadequate tactically or Butler just doesn't connect with him because their plan was all wrong really.
Really? Anyway just a feeling I get though, walking forward in straight lines with a man with far superior reach doesn't seem like a great plan to me. Might not be him, it could be Butler not listening but I did hear him say in the corner when watching the fight that he should tuck up and walk forward and walk him down.
Should move down to minimumweight as he can't handle the big boys. Tete would beat Inoue but his fans won't admit that.
He wasn't walking forward in straight lines though. He used lots of head movement and feints, and was slipping many of Tete's punches, but he still had to take risks to get inside that long reach to land his own shots. That's his how he got caught.
He slipped shots yes, he did faint but when you aren't moving in after its just a waste of energy. He was bobbing and weaving to get into range to get his shots off. I'm not trying to slag him off, he is a good fighter but they got all the tactics wrong for the fight.
