    He was looking out for Lopez because he definitely didn't stop it for Berto's benefit.

    love josesito, he always entertains, i thought it was stopped too soon but then again there were like 2 minutes left in the round and josesito was on wobbly legs. josesito's eye was bad and he could have been badly hurt had the ref let the fight continue. missed the part when they said what the judges scorecards were, did they say all 3 judges had lopez winning? doesn't really matter lopez eye was bad and the momentum was swinging berto's way.

    Rewatch the fight and observe Lopez' body language after the first knockdown. The guy barely beat the count and was slow in processing the ref's instructions. His rag doll reaction to the next punch made the decision easy.

    Him and his father are garbage officials for the sport. It's sad that both him and his dad are judges as well as referees.
