Mayweather is going to shut down Pacman whichever styles he adopts. He can outbox him, counterpunch him, break him down to the head and body. Floyd has so many ways of defeating Pacman!

 

The only thing he can't do is trade/slug with Pacquiao.

Of course. He's way bigger, more muscolar, and even has a lower body fat percentage. His body is like a bodybuilder's one. His definition is terrific, his traps and deltoids bloated.

Why should Mayweather trade/slug with Pacquiao when he can make him miss and make him pay all night long before he delivers the coup de grace and knocks him out. Pacman and Roach are claiming they can easily break down Mayweathers defence when history shows the person with a non existent defence is Pacman. Mayweather is a great defensive fighter one one the best if not arguably the best ever with an awesome offense. Pacman is a great attacking fighter with a very suspect defensive who has been defeated 5 times as a pro and stopped 3 times.

 

I could see a scenario where after round 6 or so Floyd has Manny figured out, slowed down, and begins to walk him down and fight on the inside and break Manny down like he has done in his other fights vs Southpaws

 

Do people actually watch Floyd fight? He's pretty good at cutting off the ring when he wants to. He's been willing to sit in the pocket at times. He may not be able to dish it out, but he's shown he can take it or just avoid it.
