Huck is always in a solid brawl, well worth the price of admission. Its just bias towards EE fighters.

If they come to America, get an American promoter or copromoter, and start fighting on PBC, Showtime, or HBO, they'd blow up.

Imagine getting BJ out from behind the mic to get his head ripped off by Usyk.:yep:yep:yep

Historically these has been the case since the creation of the weight class....perhaps they need to dissolved the weight class, create the SHW division over 235, and let is go:good

They could call the SHW division the Non American Global HW division and change the CW/HW division into the Global HW division where at least 1% of the top HWs would be from America.:lol::lol:

The cruiserweight division has traditionally been ignored. It's actually more interesting than the heavyweight division at the moment but promoters aren't interested in promoting cruiserweight fights as main events. Television networks don't seek out cruiserweight fights. Boxing writers aren't inclined to write anything about cruiserweights.

It appears several fighters ply their trade as cruiserweights for a while then decide they have to "get serious" and move to heavyweight e.g. Cunningham and Huck. Then lo and behold more people know who they are and see their fights.

Hopefully promoters and networks will realize that the cruiserweight division is ripe with potentially great fights and instill enthusiasm for that division among boxing fans by presenting some great cruiserweight fights.

I don't think not having a "dominate murican" has anything to do with it since boxing has largely diminished into a niche sport in the USA.

LHW is defo a sleeper, but ATM, CW is probably the deepest, followed by MW and WW. Depending on your POV.

LHW will be right there in a yr or two.:think

Because the best fighters at CW fall short of elite level. Still an interesting division with some good match ups to be made

I wish more people payed attention to the division. There have been some damn good matches at CW. Steve Cunningham vs Marco Huck was more entertaining than anything I've seen at heavyweight in recent years other than maybe Povetkin vs Takam.
