Hate threads like this, the simple fact is you have to throw the modern fighter back to the time of the other fighter. Wlad would be smaller, slightly shorter, not as strong or as muscular. That being said the 6'4'' 230lb prime Wlad would most likley defeat the prime Ali.

If it was prime Foreman Wlad would get his ass kicked in 2-4 rounds. Styles make fights kids.

 

Back in time Wlad would just be far too small to deal with 'big' George Foreman.

Ali and Foreman would have been even smaller, had they lived in freeze cold thirld world Ukraine.

Athletes get much better over time. Compare like swimming, running, weighlifting records compared to modern records and look at the difference. Wlad is so much bigger, stronger, taller, heavier, more powerful punhcer, etc,etc.

Jesse Owens would absolutely get destroyed by Usain Bolt. Owens might be in like the top 100 now.
