This scares me :| there is some wierd underlying truth to it all (the political/buisness part of it mainly)

HoweverI think unless the fight ends under some very specific circumstances the rematch will very likely happen Floyd & Pac almost unknowingly want it to happen. There is so much damn money involved.

If Paquiao beats Mayweather it means more than the other way around, today; because Paquiao has clearly declined and been knocked senseless for 10 minutes, while Mayweather is still undefeated, and fought less than him, and looks better than him.

Mayweather is also the taller, longer, bigger and stronger boxer.

Floyd's legacy is intact and in full effect. It doesn't need saving.

Paul williams for starters, everyone knows he ducked that fight along with Pac for 5 years. He won't entertain a fight with Amir Khan even though fans want that fight. I will agree floyd hasn't had the best competition the past 8 years, however the few mega fights that were out there Floyd ducked, and the Oscar rematch he also ducked. But why not move up to face GGG? Oscar went up to face sturm and hopkins, he wasn't scared to take on challenges. Floyd takes SAFE fights, i give him credit for finally facing Pac but didn't he go on record saying its because he see's Pac has declined? lol After pac, floyd may as well retire if he wins, opposed to boring us with guys like Guerro and canelo. Floyd fights to secure his 0, period.

I don't know what the TS is talking about. This guys legacy has been stamped for quite some time now.

It's pretty simple when you look at it from the time of the DLH fight. That was the juncture where everything changed for FLoyd, since it was essentially the "passing of the torch" to a new PPV star. I'd say at that point he was becoming a bit judicious with who he selected, but let's not make them out to be tomato cans.

Since 2007, he took on at least 5 sure fire HOF'ers in DLH, Hatton, Marquez, Cotto, Mosley and now Manny Pac being the 6th. For a guy that took about 4 years of time off during 2007, that's pretty good as it is. He also has wins over guys coming off their biggest championship victories in Ortiz, Guerrero and Maidana and also gave a one sided lesson to a guy who might be one of the next superstars in boxing in Canelo Alvarez.

It's not like after the DLH fight he was taking on bums. Everyone of those guys at the time they faced Floyd were on good winning streaks, with most of them having very big wins leading up to the FLoyd fight (i.e. Mosley's destruction of Margs, maidana's win over Broner, Alvarez' win over an undefeated Trout, etc.)

And no one will speak of FLoyd Mayweather before the DLH fight in a negative manner because he took on all comers. He wasn't a PPV draw, so every opposing promoter looked at him like a very high risk with low reward. That's why guys like Naseem Hamed, Casamayor and Freitas didn't look like they wanted anything to do with him while he was campaigning at 130-135 lbs. He really did take on all comers between 1998 to 2005.

I don't think Kostya was scared to fight him at 140 lbs, I just think them being on different networks was the big issue in that matchup being made before he lost the titles to Hatton.

The kid is an all time great, and in my opinion, the best fighter of his generation. A definitive win against a true ATG in Pacman will just solidify his stance as one of the very best this sport has ever seen.

Pac has stopped running last week because of his calves team pac are very worried and are have big issues in that department they will tell us everything is ok because they HAVE to.

they would never admit it because Manny doesn't want to let down his fans.

Pac has been suffering with cramps for years and its really bothering him in this camp.

We all remember Martinez having issues with his knees he said everything was ok but he only did that to get the money and his ego.

Pac also has issues with his left hand watch him cover it with a white towel in every session.

We can not deny the issues here yes this is a big fight and people say no excuses but having a fighter suffering from chorionic cramps is a issue

My question is any other examples of fighters going handicapped into a fight?
