Once every two weeks sounds too much no? Once a month? Once every two months?

I don't think there's one correct answer for this. My preference would be once a month. But that could vary for everyone and for various reasons.

Once every two weeks doesn't seem excessive but it's up to the coach and boxer I suppose

once a week if at all possible but it depends on how much punishment is taken during fights

Best answer is it varies pending on how your last fight went.
General idea is 1 fight a month to cut back on the brain damage.
