    You don't know what their training protocol is.

    From an outsider's perspective, it looked like they initially built an aerobic base, following the Maffetone protocol, which is why Pac is no longer engaging in LSD training.

    Now, they're focused on interval training, and will likely peak right around fight time.

    Body composition tells you something when you're familiar with how a fighter's body looks in peak condition.
