    What's "fake" about MMA? I don't like it nearly as much as boxing but there's nothing fake about it.

    It's the marketing more than anything and the way it is presented. I'm not calling the sport itself fake but rather these aspects of it. I'm in particular talking about UFC.

    UFC is trash on so many levels. The purses to BS champions.
    The sport itself is cool but i dont like the whole cage thing.

    Yeah, it just has that fake machismo about it, tries so hard to appear hardcore and extreme. Boxing has that as well sometimes but in far lesser doses.

    Yeah, I'm not a fan of it either, Pride had the right formula in my opinon.
