I've always been a fan of pure boxing as opposed to unskilled brawling, so I give him a 10 out of 10. Too many casual fans these days think that if a fight doesn't look like the Gatti-Ward trilogy for every second of the fight, then it is "boring." To me, boxing is more than a brawl, or even a science, it is an artform, and I love nothing more than seeing a pure boxer painting a masterpiece.

If he had 5 losses by now, he'd not be able to draw 10% of the audience Pac draws - and he'd probably be retired. He's all about the 0. Perhaps he was somewhat entertaining when he was young but for the last 7-8 years, I'd not rate it over 3/10.

The dude doesn't fight, doesn't punch, doesn't attack, doesn't come forward, he just scores more points with counters in a real life boxing video game, and when he fails, the refs and judges come to the rescue by inserting another coin on his behalf. I enjoy it as much as I enjoy watching an EA Sports Boxing game on Youtube some gamer uploaded - and I never watch those.

9/10 I am a fan of the sweet science, the only negative are in fights where he hurts his hand and pretty much gives away rounds or just does enough to win.

IN the ring, entertainment wise...maybe a 7 out of 10. Depends on who he's fighting.

Entertaining...6 at best. For his effectiveness...10. Why should he go toe to toe with his opponent? I don't get it.

this is a good observation. As he has moved up in weight, he hasn't carried power well and resorted to very defensive boxing. Even though i give Floyd a hard time, i have enjoyed his past fights. His performances vs corrales, Gatti and others at lower weight classes were fun to watch. Things became a bit mixed afterwards. His fight vs DLH was very boring but his fight vs Mosely was somewhat entertaining. His worst performances when it comes to display of skills have been in recent years; Canelo fight was a snoozefest; Maidana I was ok cause Maidana took to to him but Maidana II was embarrassing for the sport of boxing - P4P king running and hugging an opponent 70 times in 12 rounds. His last fight was a sorry display of boxing skills.

    2/10

10/10s are hard to come by and only go to Arturo Gatti, Muhammad Ali, Ray Robinson, Manny Pacquiao, Israel Vazquez, Danny Lopez, Matthew Saad Muhammad, Carmen Basilio, Rocky Marciano, Holyfield, Tyson, Graziano, Bobby Chacon, and Aaron Pryor.

    7/10

He has excellent technique and is very effective but I personally wouldn't go out of my way to re-watch his fights.
