matchroom have the option to take Galahad under their promotional banner if he does beat quigg though. Galahad has some charisma and is probably easier to sell to casuals then quigg, so if eddie makes the fight he may see it as a win win.

Galahad is a domestic level fighter. Would be a much worse fight than say Otake.

This fight would garner far more interest then Otake.

Too much risk not enough reward I imagine. Love to see it thought

No risk at all, Framptom and Quigg both beat Barry up at this stage.

If Quigg beat Barry it would do his credibility the world of good, if he didn't Hearn could sign him and get him to prop up Brook's horrendous defences in Sheffield. The same way Tommy Coyle is only remotely relevant because he helps sell tickets for Campbell's shows.

Irrelevant. Domestic fights will always be more interesting, doesn't make them better.

Galahad has done nothing on the world stage to warrant a fight vs Quigg.

Yes my posts clearly show me to be a nut hugger.

What has quigg done on the world stage?

HE's barely fought anyone in his own weightclass nevermind impress on the 'world stage'

Have a look at where Otake was ranked with various governing bodies.

    Then shoot yourself.

You realize these forums are to debate boxing right?

Since when have govening bodies boxing rankings given an accurate reflection of a fighters standing?

Otake, hardly a world beater. Though I will credit him for being the first actual super bantumweight he has fought in some time.

Better than Galahad, hence fighting Galahad would be a huge step backwards for Quigg.

The easy thing for Galahad to do is to stop begging for the big fights and work his way up to a mandatory spot.

I really like Galahad, I think he gives Quigg and Frampton a very difficult night.

that must be why quigg swerved galahad when challenged.
