I would at least bring someone else in to give different opinions on how to deal with movers, that's what his dad seems to be having trouble with. His dad is pretty good with someone who will stand in front of you.

Well he keeps winning with his dad so I don't see a reason to get rid of his dad at this point. I understand why you mention tihs is because he hasn't been looking great in his last couple of fights. Don't change something that isn't broke is an old saying so at this time he should continue to have his dad as his trainer.
Garcia has already overachieved in the sport... He isn't getting any better under any trainer... He can take his wins and be happy to have got them....
He made him good enough to be where he's at. Garcia's problem is the extremely tough fight he had with Matthysse. Not everyone can fully recover from a brutal fight like that. He also took serious punches against both Judah and Khan.
Khan isn't any better unless you're a complete idiot. He's merely handpicking opponents to make him look better and improved as he continues to beg for a payday. His very recent shameless attempt(Algieri) got him so much hate, he was literally forced to back off.
