    The answer is obvious
Majority of people knowledgeable about boxing would vote Yes.

That all depends on who you are talking to Floyd haters say yes. Every other boxing fan remembers that Pacquiao refused random drug testing. And they also remember that Pacquiao has consistently said it's not about the money, but about the legacy and for the fans, but when offered $40 million flat which was close to $15 more than he had ever made (whether it was a bs offer or not) turned it down. And then there are the real knowledgable people who realize that the fight didn't happen until now because of boxing politics. So you should probably stop grouping all of us in with you.. I know a little about this stuff too.

There's no question in my mind that he ducked him. His baseless accusations of PED proved to me that he was scared of Pac back then.

Everyone on this whole forum can vote YES, but the truth has already been told by Roach and he has already given a resounding NO! Sorry fellas, but hating the guy doesn't change the facts!

Just can't believe that Mayweather ducked a PRIME Pacquiao.
No wonder why Mayweather took this fight now that it's 2015 after Pacquiao who was KO'd by Marquez back in 2012.

    Like what Mayweather said,

    ''The right time is now''.

    :deal

I'd say a duck is when you request a midget, who's been fighting leftovers at catch weights, to take a PED's test :rofl

No he did not. The blood testing he proposed was fair because at that time there were so many speculations. I remember Pacquiao fight Barrera in their second fight and everybody were saying how Pacquiao lost power and could not hurt Barrera and was not as exciting as he used to be. Then he moves up to welterweight and the Cotto fight I will never forget because everytime Pacquiao touched Cotto, Cottos legs would buckle. I was like what the f**** how can he jump up to welterweight and make Cotto run. Then the Floyd negotiations came and everybody was specualting how is it that Pac did that to Cotto at times he barely touched him and Cotto was running as if he was hit by Tyson. So Floyd suggested blood testing because of all the rumors but Pac refused. Then all other failed negotiations were because of politics and it finally happened now. He never ducked him

It was a midget who made people twice his size run because of his power. I refuse to believe it was natural, I have followed Pacquiao since the Morales fights but the Cotto and Hatton fights made me speculate. I was not the only one everybody was talking about it at that time. I refuse to believe that someone can increase their power by moving up in weight
