These are the guys who should get the millions. They deserve it.

 

True, what a freaking scorecard lol. To me the right man won, but there is no doubt you can and should score 4-5 rounds for Provodnikov.

In the end, Lucas is just the more well rounded fighter and I was suprised how good he can actually box. But he was gassing badly in the championship rounds and his experience and a clever corner saved him from getting stopped.
Until Lucas faded, Rusland could not apply that much pressure on him. Altough never been visibly shaken, I think he had respect for his power which stopped him a little in his tracks. However he took a lot of punishment, it is really silly how much flush shots he got caught with from a verified power puncher. You have to fear for his longterm health, that is for sure.

Provodnikov is a tough mofo... but he will surely be fighting brain damage soon enough.... and that's a battle he will lose. He need to quit for hisi health sake or just take some time off.

His toughness is his worse enemy in fights like these.... those hard shots of matthysse that he just ate... will catch up with him

Matthysse's power is overrated.

Boxing is not scored on "what ifs" and "almost". The fact of the matter is Ruslan did not knock Matthysse out and lost the fight.
