Do you think we will see a significant difference in Mayweather's power?

This is the only way Mayweather can win. He has to knock Pacquaio out.

If he failed to develop his power to a significant extent, he is going to take an extensive beating.

Thus far, I see no evidence that his power has improved to a significant degree.

It gives credence to the fact that there are some things we are born with. We all have different gifts.

I'm still interested to see if there is any noticeable impact. Perhaps, Mayweather is naturally a hard puncher, but I'm not sure that's the case.

From what I can tell after watching the HBO special and the Showtime special, Floyd deserves this beating.

He runs his mouth too much. I forgot how much **** this dude talked.

I hope Pacquaio watched these videos. Pac probably thinks he's on a religious mission. He probably sees himself as a demon slayer.

Pac may try to kill Mayweather.

I think his power will be more on display. Pacquiao is about the same size as Cotto, as in height and length (before the Pac fans get offended lol). Mayweather stunned Ortiz briefly, stunned Cotto and Guerrero. With Pacquiao walking into punches and being Floyd's smallest opponent since Hatton, I think there's a high probability we could see Pac stunned a bit. No KO though.

Depends how fragile his hands are. With Manny's camp focusing on explosive plyometric training, will we see his power increase?

    I wouldn't stress it, man.

Marquez always had power. Marquez was also on steroids. I don't think Mayweather will be on steroids.

Marquez just sharpened his power a bit, but it was always there.

Mayweather has many gifts, but I don't think the power is going to show up. At least not the way he wants it to.

We all have different gifts in life. If that wasn't the case, everyone could achieve anything with the right formula.

We'll see Floyd take that beating on May 2nd. Don't worry about it.

You don't need great power to keep Pac at bay, just respectable power.

Absolutely. As long as no injuries occur in the next two weeks, we're going to see Pacquaio come out looking devastating.

I believe Pacquaio is going to knock Mayweather down early with a left uppercut.

I think Mayweather will come out as he normally does against southpaws, and Pacquaio will counter his right hand.

Yes, but there are two distinct methods of generation power.

One requires that you plant your feet, but this also makes you more vulnerable to receive punches.

And if you do this, you better make those shots really count.

I don't believe Mayweather can change drastically enough to make a difference. He would have to completely revise his style to have a significant impact.

    Right.

Like they robbed him when Castillo and Maidana beat that ass?

    I don't think so.

The only one getting robbed is Pacquaio. They already robbed him once against Bradley.
