Was I the only one that noticed that? I like Jim a lot but why does he cry about everything? There's nothing wrong with a passionate man but he looked a little glossy eyed at the end over nothing.

I think he just loves the sport of boxing. Who cares? Hes pumped. This is the same dude that said "occupy boxing". Hes ridiculous, but he LOVES the sport, and he represents it. Would you rather a guy like Joe Buck being the voice of boxing not giving a ****?

Pac and Jim are lovers. No question about it. Those are tears of endearment.

Who knows what goes inside the mind of a man who says "universe wanted this fight to happen"? He might be plssed at the universe for having his hemorrhoid kicking in in that particular moment.

Man that shot at the beginning where it shows young Mayweather shadow boxing and then transitions into him sitting in a limousine gave my chills.

Lampley is a very passionate person, and he clearly shows that by almost crying at everything. He was close to tears during the Gatti/Ward Legendary Nights documentary.

He is passionate about boxing. I rather listen to him than a boxing hater like Teddy atlas.

Sure but that was actually a justified reason to cry, because it really was a special fight

There was absolutely 0 reason to cry in that vid. 0. :rofl

Lampley's heart is in the right place but there comes a point where you want someone who is clear-minded and disciplined. Not a robot, mind you, but someone who is not going to get too emotional about the stories he is covering. As people age they tend to get more maudlin. Lampley has a tough time keeping his emotions in check. I don't fault him for this. He is human but I would prefer someone who is a bit more composed. I can't help but feel when a lot of these older guys start getting teary eyed there is an element of their own mortality creeping into their subconscience. Larry Merchant started to do this as well, if you recall.

There's no doubt that Lampley will be completely biased for Pacroid, none!

That made sense to me though, but afterwards I saw this and after watching At Last it made sense.

@0:36 second mark lol "He's that guy that always cries over everything." Pretty heartless though
