I think you WILL see a lot of clinching. Mayweather is going to look like Klitschko in there. He's going to use his reach from a distance, and whenever Pac gets close, he will grab and hold. If we get a ref that keeps resetting the action every clinch with no warnings or point deditions, Pac will have a tough night. The ref will just be putting them back at Mayweather's preferred range.
We need a ref that will just let them fight.

If the ref just lets them fight when they get close, Pac can maybe maneuver out of holds and be at his preferred range. This will lead to a more exciting and fairer fight.

We need Steve Smoger! (Or a time machine and Prime Mills Lane)

Looks like these guys are jumping ship. I agree with abuffy, there won't be any clinches in this fight.

Looks like you're not getting what you wanted:

    1. Buboy as the ref
    2. Fight in Macau
    3. Top Rank promoting
    4. 2 Philippine judges, 1 Muslim

At least now you have all of the excuses you need :nut

Mayweather parrys his jab when using southpaws + Manny has never had a problem when it comes to reach. He's always been able to get into his preferred range. It's one of his greatest assets.

    They'll fight. Don't worry.

Mayweather has many options that will go undetected by Bayless

    1) Bear hug
    2) Anaconda squeeze
    3) Have a slow dance with Pac
    4) They can make up for the last 5 years

.. options are limitless with Bayless

In my opinion Bayless will do as he is told like Cortez & the last Floyd fight. I always rated Bayless till that diabolical display the crowning moment was when he took a point from Maidana for the elbow smash something Floyd gets away with in every fight including that one

My excitement levels just took a huge dive. Bayliss completely ruins the Maidana 2 fight and gets rewarded with the biggest match in Boxing History? !!?!?! For a neutral, this really is the worst thing that could have happened. Although I predicted this I was waiting for the referee to be formally announced before placing a bet on Manny Pacquiao by Split / mid decision. I'm now going to for Floyd by decision. A referee really does impact the outcome of a fight and it's not right. Seriously disappointed.

An elbow smash that was blatant and rough and, whether fake or not, put Floyd on the floor.

The bit I have highlighted doesn't make sense. The two judges you're referring to (Dave Moretti & Burt A. Clements) scored the fight in favour of Mayweather not Maidana.

Only a ret@rd would expect absolute perfection and zero mistakes from a referee or anyone else for that matter.

I noticed that too but ignored it because I figured she made a typo. Or had a boo boo on her finger?
