    Not quite but close. He trademarked the "Let's get ready to Rumble" phrase and makes millions off it on video games etc.

    But George Foreman made more off of those grills licensed out.

    He might run it, but Michael certainly owns more of it. At the end of the day, the guy who runs a company could easly be an employee, but it's the stockholder's who really own the company.

    Buffer's intros are like nails on a chalkboard for me. I always fast forward thru his intros. When he elongates the fighter's last name. PLEASE. So idiotic. And, by the way, his voice is totally fake. Have you ever heard him interviewed when he is not artificially lowering his voice. He sounds like a girl.

    A generally lack of creativity among most other announcers, and no sense of showmanship. In other words, they're stiffs.

    Jimmy Lennon jr is a better announcer than Michael Buffer
    You never hear Jimmy screw up an announcement or pronounce a fighters name incorrectly Mike does occasionally
    Jimmy spends ages talking to fighters and making sure everything is correct
    Another announcer that was headed to the top with these two was Marc Beiro He was always on Tuesday night fights on USA
    He was the same Made sure everything was correct . Most announcers just have a script they read parrot fashion. It was a shame Marc had to quit announcing due ti ill health. Good announcer & real nice guy
