Let's face it, these two guys have made their career off of knocking out Roy Jones. However, these two guys have respectable resume's outside of Roy Jones too. Tarver on paper looks easily better, but that doesn't tell the whole story.

    Tarver has wins over

    Reggie Johnson
    Montell Griffin
    Roy Jones x2
    Glen Johnson
    Clinton Woods

    While Johnson has wins over

    Clinton Woods
    Roy Jones
    Antonio Tarver
    Montell Griffin

Who's legacy will go down as being the greater fighter?

Tarver, because Tarver fought a better weight drained version of Jones. Johnson fought Roy when he was completely disinterested and was really not himself -- slow and not doing anything, like he was just going through the motions waiting for the match to end. In both cases he wasn't the same and was not his prime and far from it, however Tarvers is just better because he showed a lot in the 1st fight although he loss, but KO'd Jones in the 2nd one in the 2nd Round, 1 punch KO. Johnson broke down a completely out of Jones that just sucked. That Roy Tarver would've KO'd in the 1st round.

Their whole legacy as far as I am concerned is based on their Jones victory. Clinton Woods is pretty ok, Tarver fought a lesser woods, while Johnson fought a better version. All and all, Jones beat the crap out of Clinton when he was in or very close to his prime.

I would like to go for Glen, but it has to be Tarver.

Tarver, but Glen is right behind him. If Johnson would have been able to beat Dawson I would give him the nod.

I prefer Glen Johnson, but Tarver's probably the better of the two.

Tarver, but I personally like Johnson more, his fighting style is more exciting as well. Tarver easily has the better resume, with less than 1/3 the amount of losses as johnson.
