    "Good afternoon everybody. I'd like to first thank God for giving us a wonderful day. A beautiful day for us. Thank you promoters. Floyd Mayweather Promotions & Top Rank Promotions. All the sponsors. HBO. Showtime. I thank especially HBO for helping me since I came to America. I always remember that my first US fight was here at MGM Grand against Ledwaba on the De La Hoya vs. Castillejo undercard. That was a long time ago. Since then, HBO gave me lots of assistance in my career, always. Everyone has done a great job promoting this fight. It will be a great fight.

    There are lots of questions in our minds that only God can answer on Saturday. I want to let you know that everything I have accomplished is giving to me by God's strength. I want to be an example and inspiration to everybody, given the way my life was before I became a boxer. Starving and hungry, and now I can not imagine how the world raised me in this position. I can not believe the boy sleeping in the street that I was has been raised to my level now in life. I want everyone to know that everyone is going to be happy on Saturday. Floyd and I have both worked hard to entertain you on Saturday, and you will not be disappointed. Both of us will give our best to cement our names in boxing history. I hope that afterwards Floyd and I can have a conversation, a real conversation about faith and God and how we can both inspire the people who support us. I hope this will not only be entertaining, but, more importantly, will inspire people, especially to find their faith in God. Thank you so much and God bless. "
